A stripped down PBTA game of government agents versus something worse.   This was developed as a PBTA system for Delta Green,  using the foundation premise that agents are doomed from the start and will need to be replaced quickly during play.   You can also use it for Blue Rose Mysteries or Wellington Paranormal if you remove the lethality.
