More additions

Of course I had more ideas as soon as I posted the thing!

This update includes:

• Change of clocks to 12 segments.  Hadn't realised what a pain it was to draw 10 segments on a circle!
• The introduction of Annihilation moves, which agents acquire as they run out of time.
• Some clarification of what happens when agents or the case runs out of time.

Folks are downloading so I hope some is enjoying it.
